Simple, Smart Screening Guidance

Welcome to Candii Screening (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the services we provide, including the collection and onward transmission of business leads to third-party background screening providers.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1.⁠ ⁠About Candii Screening

Candii Screening is an introductory service and broker. We collect information from employers and organisations seeking background screening services and connect them with one or more suitable third-party background check providers (“Partners”).

We are not a background screening provider and do not conduct background checks ourselves.

2.⁠ ⁠Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
    •    Provide false or misleading information;
    •    Use the Site to solicit unauthorised business;
    •    Transmit any malicious code or engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

 3.⁠ ⁠Information Submitted

When you submit a lead form or otherwise provide your details on our Site, you confirm that:
    •    You are authorised to submit information on behalf of your company;
    •    The information provided is accurate, current, and complete;
    •    You consent to us sharing this information with our Partners for the purpose of being contacted about screening services.

We may store your data and use it to fulfil our service and maintain contact records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Services

Our role is limited to introducing businesses to screening providers. We do not control or guarantee the services of any third-party provider. Any engagement or contract you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of services provided by our Partners.

 

5.⁠ ⁠No Guarantee

While we strive to match you with relevant and reputable screening providers, we do not guarantee the suitability, availability, or performance of any provider. Decisions regarding the use of any third-party service are entirely your responsibility.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candii Screening shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
    •    The use or inability to use our Site;
    •    Reliance on any information provided through the Site;
    •    Any communication or engagement with a third-party provider.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) for use of our service.
