Location: Hybrid (Reading / London or remote with UK travel)


Salary: £30,000–£40,000 base + £5,000–£12,000 OTE (commissions)

Join Candii’s commercial growth engine! You’ll focus on generating new qualified leads within the background screening & compliance sector—targeting HR, recruitment, and compliance teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
    •    Qualify inbound/outbound leads, book discovery/demo calls.
    •    Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
    •    Collaborate with BDMs and Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns.
    •    Stay current with background screening trends, DBS, right-to-work checks, and compliance needs.

 

Ideal Candidate:
    •    1+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR role—experience selling SaaS or screening services is a plus.
    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •    Driven, resilient, and target-oriented personality.
    •    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
    •    Interest in compliance, risk, or HR tech space.
